1 bunch asparagus, rough ends trimmed

1 Tbs. ghee (or enough to lightly coat)

Unrefined Sea Salt to taste

2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed

Preheat oven to 400 deg. F.

Rinse, trim the asparagus. Pat dry.

Place veggie on a baking sheet and toss with oil, salt and garlic then Spread them out in an even layer.

Bake for 8-10min.
